All requests for refund must be received in writing from the authorized signee
of the project. E mail is acceptable. With in 48 hours of executing the contract.

Exception to this is emergency requests for next day installation or within the 48
hour window. A restocking fee of 10% for regular purchases and 25% for specialized
equipment purchases will apply.

After 48 hours the deposit is non refundable.
